The night all this happened was no different than any other. Or I should say it started no differently than any other. I remember it was a cold autumn night and me and my friend Wayne decided to go and get some food. We were living on Haresfield beacon which is set on the top of an escarpment. There is a large old woodland and it has very rugged land around it. We had to drive from our camp to go and get food so we jumped in the car and set off. I was driving about 40 miles per hour because it was foggy and we both knew the road like the back off our hands. The road was clear but then 50 yards in front of us from the left to the Right walked this tall, I mean very tall, man come flying over the wall. This was a 5 foot Cotswold stone wall.

This thing ran in front of the car and looked at us. We were coming up on it fast and when we were 40 yards and closing fast it didn’t care we were there. It took one step, two steps, looked at us head on and his eyes were glowing red. On the 3rd step it jumped a 6ft Cotswold stone wall on the other side of the road. We slammed on the brakes but he had already jumped a 6ft wall and covered the road in 3 steps?
